Currently, our chiropractic office does not accept insurance assignment, with the exception of Original Medicare + Medigap. However, we understand the importance of making care affordable and accessible, so we’re happy to support our patients in utilizing their insurance benefits. Upon request, we provide a detailed, itemized bill at the time of your appointment that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Medicare Patients:

“Medicare will only cover the spinal adjustment”

Any and all services received besides back or neck is not covered (i.e. exam fee, massage therapy, electrical stimulation, extremity adjustments, laser or rehabilitative exercises)
*Please note that if your deductible is not met, you will be responsible for the services. As of 2025, the deductible has increased from $240 to $257.

Part A covers hospital visits and Part B covers medical insurance. (See Pic 2 below to see an example of what is accepted)

Part C is Medicare benefits from private insurances that will only cover limited services. If your card says HMO, PPO, or is a Medicare Advantage plan, we do not accept those for Medicare. (See Pic 1 Below)

Medicare does not cover Wellness or Maintenance visits so those visits will have to be paid out of pocket.

After the deductible is met, Medicare will cover 80% of the spinal adjustment; the remaining 20% will be covered by the supplementary. It is patient responsibility to inform our office of any changes in insurance coverage. Failure to do so could cause delay or denial of Medicare payment.

Do you offer other payment plans?

We currently offer a variety of convenient payment plans to meet your financial needs. We accept MASTERCARD or VISA, cash, and checks at the time. Please let Dr. Paul know and we will work out a plan with you.
