Psychotherapy
Holistic psychotherapy is an integrative approach to mental health that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—rather than just focusing on specific symptoms. This therapy recognizes the interconnectedness of emotions, physical well-being, and spiritual health, aiming to foster balance and healing on all levels. Techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, body awareness, and traditional talk therapy are often combined to help individuals uncover deeper insights into their emotional patterns and develop healthier coping mechanisms. By considering all aspects of a person’s life, holistic psychotherapy encourages personal growth, emotional resilience, and a more harmonious way of living.
