Cancellation Policy: No Call No Show

The office runs on appointments only year round so to minimize No Call/No Shows, there is a policy put in place that will charge a $65.00 cancellation fee. We require at least 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you miss an appointment or cancel without 24 hours notice, a $65.00 cancellation fee will be charged and no appointments will be made until the balance is cleared.

This is regarding all types of appointments for Dr. Paul Anastasio (chiropractic and DOT Physical Exams)

For any missed massage appointments, there will be a charge of $40.00-50.00.
