Our team at Harwich Health is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping you achieve holistic wellness. With expertise in Chiropractic care, Fat Loss, Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, and Psychotherapy, we work collaboratively to provide personalized and compassionate care tailored to your unique needs.

Founder
Dr. Paul Anastasio has been a chiropractor for over 30 years. He received his doctorate from Palmer University and attended Trinity College for his undergraduate.
He opened the Harwich Health Center with like-minded health care professionals in 2002.

Psychotherapist
Bonnie works with children, adolescents, and their families, and my approach is both flexible and eclectic. She often uses Brief Intermittent Therapy. She finds that it works best for people to come in for a defined brief period of time (such as 6-8 weeks) and focuses on one specific area that needs attention; the time in therapy is more concentrated and effective. When the need arises, she welcomes clients back for a "tune up."

Deborah is Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), licensed in Massachusetts with more than 30 years experience as a holistic health practitioner, educator and psychotherapist. She values a safe, supportive environment and offers her caring presence, extensive experience and training to facilitate your growth, healing and transformation.
